Vidya Balan attended the closing ceremony of the 66th Annual Cannes
Film Festival in a long flowing Sabyasachi anarkali teamed with a full sleeve high
neck blouse (somewhat similar to whatAishwarya wore earlier) embellished with gold embroidery and a gold sequined dupatta. For a change, she did
opt for a different hair do.
